Services
We offer a wide range of distribution services covering truck, rail, sea and air freight. Goods shipment in various mode such as Full-Truck-Load, Less-than-Truck-Load, cross docking, cold chain and fixed schedule services gives our clients the necessary flexibility and control. Within both dedicated and multi-client warehouse service environment, we are able to offer standard and ambient temperature control warehouse environment and also niche service warehousing such as Dangerous goods & cold storage services. |

Leverage on Toll's network, we are able to extend our coverage beyond China to provide a Door- to-Door supply chain solution to Toll's Asia Pacific regional network. |

Infrastructure and Network
With a footprint of 30 regional networks in the major cities, ST-Anda operates an extensive physical fulfillment and IT network with over 230,000 m2 warehouse space reaching out to more than 1,300 cities and towns. Distribution to more than 70 percent of these cities can be reached within 48 hours from our network. This is made possible by an extensive own-fleet of trucks and outsourced carriers. |

Technology Innovation
Interface with client is done mainly with EDI data exchange. To achive end-to-end visbility of orders and physical flow, tracking devices such as GPS, SMS tracking and web-based tracking are used. With extensive client-supplier SAP interface experiences with clients in China, we are able to ensure that information is push to client on a timely basis. We are currently implementing SSA Global WMS, self-developed TMS, OMS (Order Management System), FMS (Freight Management System). RF technology will be deployed in all our major Regional Distribution Centers by end 2007. |

Safety & Quality Control
ST-Anda is committed to the seek continuous improvement on safety standards across the whole spectrum of our operations. The HQ and key RDC/DCs are already awarded BSI ISO 9001: 2000 certification as early as 2002. The company has a Safety Committee Team to monitor the safety operations within the company and to conduct internal audit to ensure that the requirements of our customers are never compromised. |
