ST-Anda places great attention on the training and development of employees. The effectiveness of training and the demission rate of key employees are the key performance indicators of each department and RDC/DC of the company.
   
We provide employees with different training according to job needs and their own abilities, and at the same time, taking into consideration individual ambitions. We provide various trainings including position guidance tutoring, internal training on information technology and management, online courses, external trainings (including short-term training courses, special topic lectures, seminars, etc.) and on-the-job educations etc.. Employees can get tutoring and supports from all-aspects, which will develop their skills and increase their knowledge greatly.
